Golden milk, also known as turmeric milk or a turmeric latte, is a hot (or iced) drink made with milk and various spices — most notably turmeric, which gives the drink its signature yellow color. Turmeric, and specifically the active ingredient curcumin, is a natural anti-inflammatory and has many scientifically-proven health benefits.
The mix is completely vegan and can be added to any type of dairy or non dairy milk.
In this special version, I ferment the ginger and turmeric to boost the health benefits even further.
I take Turmeric and Ginger directly from my garden (or greenhouse), ferment and dehydrate at the lowest possible temperature to retain nutrition and blend them. That's it. Nothing else is ever added.. What you will receive is beautifully fresh. You won't get a powder that has been sitting around for months or made in a factory.
Seriously, this is 1000% better than anything you might find in the supermarket.
We do use all organic practices, but are not certified. No pesticide sprays or chemical fertilizers are used. Also we DO NOT add any PRESERVATIVES of any kind.
