For this Wicked Spicy Pickled Jalepeno Popcorn Seasoning, I start with organic Jalepenos from my local famer buddy Jim. I pickled them in my finest homemade malt vinegar and spices. The mixture is then strained and dried at the lowest possible temperature to maintain probiotics, aroma and taste.
This is highly flavourful! It can be used as a seasoning for dips, to season nuts or even as a popcorn seasoning.
We do use all organic practices, but are not certified. No pesticide sprays or chemical fertilizers are used. Also we DO NOT add any PRESERVATIVES of any kind. What you get is pure, unadulterated Pickled Jalepeno Popcorn Seasoning.
