This Smoked Pineapple Sugar is something very special. There are so many layers of flavour.
I start with organic pineapple. Then I hit it with 8 hours of hickory smoke on my husbands homemade UDS (ugly drum smoker). It is then dried at the lowest possible temperatures to preserve scent and flacour and finally, it’s carefully blended with top quality sugar.
It can be subbed 1:1 for regular sugar in any of your baked goods or jam recipes. Or cocktails!!!
You could even mix it with coconut oil and do a super cool body scrub!
Also we DO NOT add any PRESERVATIVES of any kind. What you get is pure, unadulterated Smoked Pineapple sugar.
