This outstanding Celery Salt is crafted from fresh celery that was grown in my garden. Dried onsite in small batches at the lowest possible temperatures to preserve scent and flavour. Then mixed with the highest quality Sea Salt.
My spices are 1000% better than store bought in flavour and fragrance. I guarantee it. If you are a chef or a foodie you must have this in your repertoire.
This would be a killer addition to the rim of a savoury cocktail like the Canadian Caesar or a Bloody Mary. Or use it as a spice, seasoning or finishing salt.
We do use all organic practices, but are not certified. No pesticide sprays or chemical fertilizers are used. Also we DO NOT add any PRESERVATIVES of any kind. What you get is pure, unadulterated Celery Salt.
