This green onion is grown in my backyard (or greenhouse) and dried onsite in small batches at the lowest possible temperatures to preserve scent and flavour.
This freshly dried green onion is supremely pungent. You will understand the minute you open your package. If you are a Chef or a Foodie, you absolutely must have this in your spice repertoire.
Your food has never tasted this good. I find that this concentrated version is even more flavourful than it’s raw counterpart. Especially since it’s dried at peak ripeness.
We do use all organic practices, but are not certified. No pesticide sprays or chemical fertilizers are used. Also we DO NOT add any PRESERVATIVES of any kind. What you get is pure, unadulterated super pungent green onion.
