This is a new product and hot off the smoker!

I start with fresh organic green and red poblanos from local Ontario Farmer Jim. Then I hit them with 8 hours of cold hickory smoke on my husband's UDS (ugly drum smoker, which he built himself) and then dry them at the lowest possible temperatures to preserve scent and flavour.

I simply cannot express how outstanding this Smoked Ancho Chilies. It would be an amazing addition to any Mexican dish like chili, burritos etc. But get creative! This amazing combo on smoke and spice is very versatile. Please let me know what you make with it. I can’t wait to hear all about it!

My spices are 1000% better than store bought in flavour and fragrance. I guarantee it. If you are a chef or a foodie you must have this in your repertoire.

We do use all organic practices, but are not certified. No pesticide sprays or chemical fertilizers are used. Also we DO NOT add any PRESERVATIVES or ADDITIVES of any kind. What you get is pure, unadulterated Smoked Ancho Chile.
