I start with fresh organic garlic cloves from my garden. I hit it with 8 hours of cold hickory smoke on my husband's UDS (ugly drum smoker which he built himself) and then dry them at the lowest possible temperatures to preserve scent and flavour. Finally it's combined with the finest quality Sea Salt and freshly dried rosemary from the garden.
I simply cannot express how outstanding this Smoked Garlic Salt is. It’s so different with two difinitive yet complementary layers of flavour. It smells and tastes divine.
