Mache is a super delicious Salad Green that is best grown in the Spring and Fall. I love to broadcast these seeds and eat them as fresh baby greens. They will cut and come again several times.
These seeds were harvested from well established plants in my backyard that have never been sprayed or fertilized. They are completely organic. Also we DO NOT add any PRESERVATIVES of any kind. What you get is pure, unadulterated Mache Seeds.
