I start with fresh organic lemongrass from my backyard garden. Then I hit it with 8 hours of cold hickory smoke on my husband's UDS (ugly drum smoker which he built himself) and then dry it at the lowest possible temperatures to preserve scent and flavour. Finally it's ground with the finest sea salts.
I simply cannot express how outstanding this Smoked Lemongrass Salt is. It’s so different with two difinitive yet complementary layers of flavour. It smells and tastes divine.
My spices are 1000% better than store bought in flavour and fragrance. I guarantee it. If you are a chef or a foodie you must have this in your repertoire.
