This fragrant Garlic is grown in my backyard (or a nearby local Farm) and dried onsite in small batches at the lowest possible temperatures to preserve scent and flavour.
Seriously, this is 1000% better than supermarket garlic powder. If you are a Chef or a Foodie, you absolutely must have this in your spice repertoire.
We do use all organic practices, but are not certified. No pesticide sprays or chemical fertilizers are used. Also we DO NOT add any PRESERVATIVES of any kind. What you get is pure, unadulterated super pungent garlic.
Your food has never tasted this good. My husband has been making his own bbq sauce for years and this has really taken it to the next level.
