I simply cannot express how outstanding this Smoked Lemon Salt is. It’s so different with many layers of flavour. It smells and tastes divine. I cannot say that I grew these organic lemons, but I did smoke them in my backyard. Hit with 8 hours of cold hickory smoke and then dried onsite in small batches at the lowest possible temperatures to preserve scent and flavour. Then mixed with the highest quality Sea Salt.
My spices are 1000% better than store bought in flavour and fragrance. I guarantee it. If you are a chef or a foodie you must have this in your repertoire.
This would be a killer addition to the rim of a savoury cocktail like the Canadian Caesar or a Bloody Mary. Or use it as a spice, seasoning or finishing salt.
