I simply cannot express how outstanding this Hickory Smoked Paprika is. It’s so different with many layers of flavour. It smells and tastes divine. These peppers were either grown in my greenhouse or sourced from nearby Farmer Jim. Hit with 8 (or 16 for double smoked) hours of cold hickory smoke in my husband‘s handcrafted drum smoker. Then dried onsite in small batches at the lowest possible temperatures to preserve scent and flavour.

The NEW double smoked version is smoked for a full 16 hours.

My spices are 1000% better than store bought in flavour and fragrance. I guarantee it. If you are a chef or a foodie you must have this in your repertoire.

Use it as a seasoning or spice. A killer addition to a bbq rub!

We do use all organic practices, but are not certified. No pesticide sprays or chemical fertilizers are used. Also we DO NOT add any PRESERVATIVES or ADDITIVES of any kind. What you get is pure, unadulterated Hickory Smoked Paprika.
