This fragrant Paprika is crafted from fresh red peppers grown in my backyard (or greenhouse) and dried onsite in small batches at the lowest possible temperatures to preserve scent and flavour.
Seriously, this is 1000% better than supermarket paprika. You will understand the minute you open your package. If you are a Chef or a Foodie, you absolutely must have this in your spice repertoire.
We do use all organic practices, but are not certified. No pesticide sprays or chemical fertilizers are used. Also we DO NOT add any PRESERVATIVES of any kind. What you get is pure, unadulterated super pungent Paprika.
